How to adjust the reverse rotation of the wiper motor? The solution to this problem is actually very simple. Just replace the positive and negative wires on the wiper motor. However, when adjusting the positive and negative rotation of the wiper motor, everyone also needs to understand some related content of the wiper motor wiring. The specific introduction is as follows:
1. The phase sequence of its power supply can be adjusted between any two phases, usually with the V phase unchanged and the U phase and W phase relative to the regulator. In order to ensure consistent operation of the two contactors, the motor phase sequence can be replaced. When wiring, the contact device at the upper port should be consistent, and the phase adjustment should be made at the lower port of the contactor;
2. Due to the phase sequence alignment of the two phases, it is necessary to ensure that the two kilometer coil cannot be energized simultaneously, otherwise serious phase to phase short circuit faults may occur, so interlocking must be adopted;
3. Adopting button interlocking (mechanical) and contactor interlocking (electrical) dual interlocking reverse control circuit, adopting button interlocking. Even if the forward and reverse buttons are pressed simultaneously, the two contactors used to adjust the phase cannot obtain electrical energy at the same time, mechanically avoiding phase to phase short circuits;
4. Due to the use of contactor interlocking, as long as one of the contactors is powered on, its long closed contact will not close. Therefore, in mechanical and electrical dual interlocking applications, the motor power supply system cannot have phase to phase short circuits, effectively protecting the motor and avoiding accidents caused by phase to phase short circuits caused by phase modulation short circuits, which can burn out the contactors;
5. Use two contactors, namely the forward contact device km1 and the reverse contact device km2. When three pairs of contactors km1 are connected to the main contact, the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply is connected to the motor through U-V-W. When three contactors km2 are disconnected from the main contact and three contactors km2 are connected to the main contact, the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply is CO. Connected to the motor through W-V-U, the motor rotates in reverse; A pair of auxiliary normally closed contacts are connected in series in the coils of each branch of km1 and km2 to ensure that the contactors km1 and km2 are not connected to the power supply at the same time. The interlocking function of km1 and km2 in these two auxiliary normally closed contacts in the line can be achieved after completion.
